Rules of Clan Fights

Global Rules

§1) General Information

• These rules apply to all features of Clan Fights and its associated platforms. Please familiarize yourself with them carefully.
• The Clan Fights team reserves the right to modify these rules at any time. Changes will be announced on the game’s start page and official forum.
• The Clan Fights team is not responsible for user-generated content or actions. Content violating these rules may be removed without notice or explanation.
• For clarification on any rule, contact the support team via the official support system before taking action.
• Rules may not cover every situation. The support team may impose penalties for unlisted offenses at their discretion.
• Our Terms and Conditions also apply and must be followed at all times.
• Support staff, moderators, and Clan Fights employees will never request your account password.

§2) Code of Conduct

• Treat all players with respect. Interactions must remain courteous and appropriate.
• The support team may ban or penalize players for rule violations without prior warning, depending on severity.
• Bans must be appealed through the support system. Severe misuse of support may result in exclusion from it.
• In-game or platform communications can be reported and used as evidence in appeals or investigations.
• Impersonating other players, support staff, or Clan Fights employees is strictly prohibited.
• Claiming connections to staff to influence behavior is forbidden.
• Sharing private support communications without consent is not allowed.
• Report bugs or errors to the support team immediately. Failure to report, especially if exploited, may lead to punishment.
• Benefiting from rule violations by others may result in penalties. Report suspected benefits to the support team.
• Blackmail, threats, or attempts to trick players into breaking rules are prohibited.
• Sharing or promoting content that violates these rules is forbidden across all platforms.
• Using external tools or methods to bypass game rules or limitations is strictly prohibited.

§3) Communication and Language

• Content promoting violence, explicit material, hate speech, or illegal activities is banned in-game and on connected platforms.
• Players may not use real-world brands, trademarks, or copyrighted names in profiles, clans.
• Advertising external websites, projects, or brands without prior support approval is prohibited.
• Communication with players and support must be in English. Other languages may be ignored if incomprehensible.
• Profiles and clan descriptions must be in English. Short, famous quotes in other languages are allowed if followed by an English translation.
• Sharing personal information (yours or others’) is forbidden and may compromise account security.

§4) Accounts

• One account per player per server is allowed. Multiple accounts on the same server are prohibited.
• To switch accounts on a server, request deletion of the old account and wait 24 hours before logging into the new one. Cancellation of deletion is not permitted.
• Accounts inactive for 14 days may be removed from a server.
• Creating accounts to benefit another (“pushing”) or profiting from such is forbidden.
• Attempting to access another player’s account is punishable, even if unsuccessful.
• Sharing passwords or login details is prohibited. Support is not obligated to assist in such cases.
• If your account is compromised, contact support within 7 days to contest ownership. After this, recovery may not be possible.
• Disposable or temporary email addresses are not allowed for registration.
• Players are responsible for securing their account and providing accurate data.

§5) In-Game Currency (Gold)

• In game currency may only be purchased through the official in-game shop. Third-party purchases are invalid and may be removed without compensation.
• Trading accounts or services for Gold or other benefits is prohibited, except for in-game features designed for this purpose.
• Gold transfers between players are at your own risk. Support is not required to assist, and illicit Gold may be removed retroactively.

§6) Bots & Scripts

• Play Clan Fights only through official web browsers or mobile apps. Manual actions or approved scripts are required.
• Unauthorized bots, scripts, or tools mimicking premium features or automating gameplay are banned.
• Scripts must perform one action per click and may not automate attacks, resource gathering, or other key mechanics.
