This Cookie Policy explains how ClanFights (operated by FociiGames Inc.) uses cookies and similar technologies. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Similar technologies (local storage, pixels) work the same way. We use them to keep you logged in, secure the Game, and — only with your consent — understand and improve how the Game is used.

2. Categories we use

Strictly necessary (always on). Required for the Game to function; cannot be switched off.

  • Session / login (ClanFights first-party cookie) — keeps you signed in and secures your session.
  • Security & bot protection (Cloudflare, incl. Turnstile) — routing, abuse prevention, challenge validation.
  • Consent preference (ClanFights) — remembers your cookie choices.

Analytics (off by default — load only after consent).

  • Google Analytics — aggregate usage/traffic insights.
  • OpenReplay (may be used) — diagnostic session analytics with sensitive fields masked.

Functional (optional). Remember non-essential preferences such as language or display settings.

3. Consent — analytics load only after you agree

When you first visit, a cookie banner lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies. Analytics and session-analytics technologies (Google Analytics, OpenReplay) do not run until you consent. Strictly necessary cookies run regardless, as they are required to deliver the service you requested.

4. How to change your consent

  • Use the cookie banner in the Game to change or withdraw consent at any time.
  • Manage or delete cookies through your browser settings (blocking strictly necessary cookies may break login).

5. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals and browser Do-Not-Track preferences as an opt-out of non-essential analytics and any "sharing" where technically feasible.
